1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering on Paysaral (via website or mobile app), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue the use of our services immediately. Paysaral reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Retailer Eligibility

To use our services as a Retailer or Distributor, you must:

• Be an Indian citizen and at least 18 years of age.
• Possess valid KYC documents (Aadhaar, PAN).
• Not have been previously suspended or banned from any banking service.

3. Services & Wallet Usage

Paysaral provides digital services like AEPS, DMT, and Recharges. Regarding wallet usage:

• Wallet Loading: Money loaded into the wallet can only be used for services and cannot be withdrawn to a bank account directly unless specified (e.g., AEPS Settlement).
• Wrong Transactions: Paysaral is not responsible for money sent to a wrong mobile number or bank account due to user error. Please verify details before processing.
• Chargebacks: In case of fraudulent transactions, the amount will be recovered from the retailer's wallet instantly along with a penalty.

4. AEPS & Micro ATM Guidelines

Retailers using AEPS services must strictly adhere to NPCI guidelines:

• Always provide a printed or digital receipt to the customer.
• Do not charge any extra fee from the customer over and above the withdrawal amount.
• Biometric data of customers must not be stored on any local device.

5. Fees and Charges

Service charges and commission structures are subject to change. Paysaral reserves the right to deduct applicable taxes (GST/TDS) from the commission earned by the retailer. Subscription fees paid for ID activation are non-refundable.

6. Termination of Account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

• You are found involved in fraudulent activities.
• You provide false KYC information.
• Your account remains inactive for more than 6 months.

7. Limitation of Liability

Paysaral shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from server downtime, bank server failure, or third-party service interruptions. We act as a technology bridge between the Retailer and the Bank/Operator.
